45 min Small Group Training limited to 10 people only per class so we can give you personalised attention to help you achieve your goals!

These sessions have a strong focus on strength, core stability, flexibility and general fitness. Whether your goals are based around getting back into exercise or you’re a fitness enthusiast with an event to train for - you can take your conditioning to the next level.
