Such a great first time experience. The staff were kind and helpful. The studio was so clean and equipment was well taken care of.

What to expect in class:  A full-body workout – head to toe – mixing it up with different equipment: free weights, bands and stability balls. Practice endurance, balance, and strength training in a fun and safe environment.

Biggest influences/styles/inspirations:  Cathe Friedrich, Jillian Michaels and Jeff Cavalier;  Everyday people who are just as passionate/dedicated about getting healthy and fit; Go-to style: HIIT, Strength Training, compounding exercises and Hypertrophy Training.

Shaudae currently teaches Functional Strength Training, and currently subbing (training) PIlates Reformer
