Sharp Pilates

Heather is excited to be a Romana's Pilates instructor and share the beauty of Pilates with others. Previously, Heather worked in publishing & bookselling in Washington, DC, before starting a family and completing an MFA in poetry from Texas State. After struggling with a back injury, Heather found Pilates and realized from the very first session that it worked on a much deeper level than other approaches she'd tried. She enjoys helping people build stronger, more connected bodies and minds through the practice of Pilates. Heather lives in central Austin with her husband, two children, and three ridiculous pets.
