Lisa Milner has a wide variety of experience and
education in the fitness industry. She has always had a passion
for fitness and the benefit it brings to all areas of
life. She found
Pilates to be the answer to help strengthen her joints and small
muscle groups as well as her core and adjust her posture. She truly
believes in the power of body awareness and movement. For the past 14 years she has
followed her passion with formal reformer training thru Peak
Pilates and Balanced Body, as well as Balanced Body Mat (Master)
training in levels 1 & 2. In addition she is Personal
Training certified from NETA (National Education and Training
Association), Group Exercise Instruction thru AFAA (American
Fitness and Aerobics Association), TRX certified, Schwinn Cycle
certified, OOV Level1, 2 & 3 certified, BOSU certified and Les
Mills Body Pump and CX works certified.
Her years of experience and passion in these areas
help drive her to help others in to build the best body
possible. She also
has experience with Relief thru Rolling and MELT Hand and Foot, as
well as Fitness Specialized Fitness Assessments. She is always eager to help
