Nicole Mink has pursued trainings and received certifications through STOTT PILATES®. After being a stsudent of pilates for over a decade she changed careers to become a certified pilates instructor. Nicole holds both an M.Ed in School Counseling and a B.S. in Psychology. She’s transitioned this delight in helping people and education into the fitness world. She began teaching in the fitness industry in Denver, CO in 2017 and relocated to Boulder in 2018. Nicole believes in pilates for everyBODY. She enjoys helping clients deepen the mind-body connection as well as improving functional mobility and stability through enhancing the quality of movement. When Nicole isn’t teaching you can find her in the mountains hiking, skiing or running, and if she’s really lucky she’s on a Stand Up Paddle Board doing pilates on the water.
