Syd was first introduced to the Pilates Reformer in over a decade ago and she knew immediately that someday she’d become an instructor. She continued to work as a nutritionist, culinary instructor and pastry chef for years to come, always coming back to Pilates for fitness, stress relief and pain management. In 2018 she enrolled in a teacher training program and has been immersed in the world of Pilates and movement ever since. Syd has always loved being a teacher and she continues to love sharing knowledge of the body both inside and out.
