I absolutely love going to All Wellness. I have been going there on a weekly basis for about 4 years. If you are differently- abled, this is THE place for you! The private Pilates sessions work best for me and I worked with Arica, Lissy and Monet. Each of these lovely humans brings their own personal style and vibe and it is amazingly infectious! Remember, the philosophy at All Wellness is “Pilates is for EVERY body!”
I am a Naturopathic physician and the founder of Evergreen Integrated Medicine, a speciality women’s healthcare practice with locations in Burlington, Vermont, and Saratoga Springs, New York.
I believe in educating women about their bodies and their hormones and empowering my patients to make the healthcare choices that are best for them. I practice whole-person healthcare, meaning that I take into account the physical, mental, and emotional health of my patients when recommending treatment options. I aim to create a supportive and collaborative relationship with my patients as we work together on their health concerns.
As a Naturopathic physician, I am trained in both conventional medicine and natural medicine, which gives me an extensive toolkit of treatment options, including pharmaceuticals, clinical nutrition, gentle physical medicine, nutraceuticals, motivational interviewing and counseling, biotherapeutic drainage, and botanical medicine. My areas of special clinical interest include hormone-related conditions, gastrointestinal health, fertility, and autoimmune disease. I received my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, where I pursued advanced studies in gynecology and endocrinology, as well additional training in preconception and fertility medicine. My undergraduate degree is from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
