I absolutely love going to All Wellness. I have been going there on a weekly basis for about 4 years. If you are differently- abled, this is THE place for you! The private Pilates sessions work best for me and I worked with Arica, Lissy and Monet. Each of these lovely humans brings their own personal style and vibe and it is amazingly infectious! Remember, the philosophy at All Wellness is “Pilates is for EVERY body!”
Rhonda Pagnucco, M.S., PMA-CPT, has been exploring movement practices since her first Irish step dancing lessons at the age of five. She has studied a variety of somatic and expressive movement forms as pathways to fitness, self-discovery, joy and healing. She brings her clinical background as a speech-language pathologist to her teaching and offers a supportive, body-positive, scaffolded approach to movement practices. Rhonda is currently synthesizing her classical and rehabilitative Pilates trainings and appreciating the ability to draw on both approaches to best meet the individual needs of her clients.
Rhonda earned a master’s degree at the University of Oregon in Communication Sciences and Disorders and enjoyed a career as a speech-language pathologist serving young children and their families in New York City and Vermont. When she stepped away from that career to focus on family, she turned her attention to a method that she loved and pursued Pilates teacher training. Rhonda began her Pilates education in 2007 and studied classical Pilates in New York CIty and Boston with Power Pilates®. She completed Beginner and Intermediate Mat trainings as well as a 600-hour comprehensive training program to teach on all the apparatus. Rhonda taught at Lilia’s Pilates in Manchester, VT and later opened Mountain Movement Studio in her home in Landgrove, VT. She continued to teach there until she relocated to the Burlington area in 2012. Rhonda earned her national certification from the Pilates Method Alliance in 2014 and became a PMA-Certified Pilates Instructor (CPT). In 2018, she completed training with Rebekah Rottstein to teach Buff Bones®, a medically-endorsed, full body workout for bone strengthening and balance, using Pilates, strength training, functional movement, and rehabilitative exercise. In June of 2019, she completed the Polestar Pilates® Transition 300-hour training.
When she’s not in a Pilates studio, Rhonda enjoys hanging out in nature with her family and when she can, surfing reasonable sized waves. Back in her NYC days, she studied holistic health at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has maintained a strong practice of experimenting with whole foods in her kitchen. She is currently a teaching assistant for Movement for Parkinson’s Disease classes and a certified Shake Your Soul® instructor.
