Alison's Vinyassa Flow class is wonderful! I am just renewing my yoga practice after a few years away and she is encouraging and thoughtful. I can hardly wait for my next class. If you already take Pilates like I do, try a Yoga class, it's a great compliment to Pilates.
Kelly Scharp comes from a background in the fitness industry. she has her BS in Health and Exercise Science focusing on Health Promotion from CSU (Go Rams). Along with her 200 hour yoga teacher training, Kelly posses her personal training certification. In her classes she pulls from her passion to provide a knowledgable, well rounded, enjoyable class that is accessible to all bodies. Through peronsal expereince and education she promotes safety above all else to help prevent inury from occuring. Kelly's hope is to pass on her love for health to her students. She lives her life with her passion in the forefront of her life. If Kelly isnt in the yoga studio, you can find her in the gym or on an outdoor adventure, probably with a dog she borrowed from a friend.
