Duet session with Shelby was both challenging and also so relaxing and rewarding. She was attentive and explains things clearly and thoughtfully and I felt completely comfortable as a newbie. I cant wait for the next class!
Growing up a dancer, Shelby has always been interested in
health and fitness. Along with dance classes, she began practicing
yoga at a young age and was eventually introduced to Pilates in
college. Pilates is a natural fit for her as it combines elements
of dance and yoga, she loves the blend of power and elegance that
Pilates offers. Her goal as an instructor is to empower people to
acknowledge their strength, show up for themselves, and deepen the
mind-body connection.
