I found the class just perfect for my level and Janine is an excellent instructor with a great sense of humor.

Sammy discovered Pilates while struggling through injuries during training for the Olympics and hip surgery in 2012. She found Pilates to be extremely helpful with her recovery and rehab after surgery. Sammy pursued her Mat Pilates certifications when she saw the impact it made on her injury prevention, overall strength, and body awareness. She has been teaching and practicing Pilates since 2011 along with training as an Olympic athlete, obtaining her bachelor’s degree, and fulfilling Army duties.
On top of her mat Pilates certifications, she is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning coach, and has her Fitness Nutrition certification. She is continuing her education to develop her knowledge and skills to help her clients in multiple ways. After many kinds of injuries over the years she enjoys being able to help her clients work on the preventative exercises necessary to avoid and/or work through any injuries or limitations. She has a passion for health and wellness as well as motivating and inspiring others with their health journey. She loves the outdoors and staying active in many ways!
