A physical therapist by trade, a Pilates teacher by heart, Allison Roebker began her Pilates practice in 2005 while recovering from a back injury. She soon developed a passion for the work and a desire to share its benefits with others. Allison has been a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher since 2007 and completed additional comprehesive training with Rebel PIlates Collective in 2021; expanding her knowledge and practice of the original Pilates method.  Allison loves to get people moving and to help clients appreciate their body’s own strength, beauty, and adaptability. You will have fun and challenge yourself in her classes.
