I learn something new every time I am with Meghan and do my exercises.  She is very caring and very knowledgeable and very patient.  I love our time together because she is putting me on a program to live my life without pain and the way I think and walk and even sleep!

416 Pilates is a movement experience for everyBODY. Discover
what it is like to be 416 F.I.T using the 416 method of training.
F.I.T is Functional Integrated Training and we do this using
specific modalities that work whole body movements, strengthen your
core, help you build strength, endurance and stamina. We offer 28
classes 7 days a week. Our classes may not be modalites you know
from your gym that's because we are Movement Specialists trained in
the Pilates Method, we are Kinesiologists, Personal Trainers and
can treat the body using movement therapy techniqes. Want to learn
more, get in one of our FREE Intro classes offered multiple times
throughout the week. Here you will learn all about 416, our
classes, what works for you and how to get moving right away. Have
