Maria's Prenatal/Postnatal class was great! At 25 weeks, it was so nice to get back to a gym class and not have to worry about whether what I was doing was right for my body. Its nice to feel like I was able to work my muscles again, and I'm feeling confident that this will help better prepare me for the road ahead, and labor! I'm so glad I found this studio for the second half of my pregnancy.
