I really love attending my online yoga classes. The teachers are so friendly and helpful to everyone in the class whether you are in person or virtual.
Paula attended her first yoga class over 20 years ago during her
lunch hour, and immediately felt the
physical and mental benefits. Her practice has been an oasis to a very hectic and fast-paced life
balancing multiple responsibilities. With regular practice, she began to notice the transformational
effects of yoga that garnered a newfound connection between her mind and body, beyond what she
thought was imaginable. Her passion for yoga grew and she deepened her practice by completing 200
and an additional 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training through Blue Lotus Yoga and is RYT 500 certified
through Yoga Alliance.
Paula is passionate to share her yoga experience and help others
feel the significant physical and mental
benefits that yoga has provided her. She believes that yoga is for everybody, regardless of age, body
type, gender, strength, or flexibility.
She loves sharing the healing powers of yoga with students, and
believes that yoga strengthens, centers,
and makes you stretch your abilities. Through a combination of a calming approach, creative
sequencing, a focus of breath, and optimal alignment, she helps students thrive and deepen their
practice to step off their mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
Yoga inspires her to live each moment more mindfully. She will always be a student of the practice.
