I love it here! Laura and her team of instructors are amazing - very knowledgable, thoughtful, patient, encouraging and dedicated. I love the balance and strength Pilates provides to my other types of exercise (& life, in general)!
I’ve always enjoyed fitness and took up Pilates when I had some back issues. Once I started doing it consistently and felt it’s MANY benefits, I wanted to learn more and became passionate about sharing it with others. I have so enjoyed teaching Pilates and helping clients reach their health goals!
My other interests include my family and pets, skiing (alpine and Nordic), waterskiing and running. Movement is therapy!!
