This class is for those students who need a slower-paced class with a focus on alignment and modifications. This class assumes prior knowledge of and facility with equipment and repertoire and is designed for those who are recently recovering from surgery or injury, are coming back to Pilates after a break, and those who would simply like time to concentrate more fully on the work and their bodies.
