Passionate about toxic-free living and holistic health & wellness, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge that supports the overall view and intentional goals of CIP.
With a career background in marketing and project management, Lisa's organizational skills and friendly smile keep the studio running smoothly while assisting clients in their wellness goals.
Lisa believes, based on 6 years of personal hands-on experience of her own, and endless success stories of others, that ridding our everyday life of toxins is a critical first step toward better health. It is when we lay this foundation of toxic-free living and start eating clean and committing to a lifestyle change, that essential oils come in as an integral piece of the whole body wellness puzzle and can do their job best -- both for physical and emotional health.
Adding Pilates to her health & wellness journey in October 2017, Lisa quickly discovered another passion and another piece to the health & wellness puzzle. Namely that movement heals. Lisa shares that “The challenge of mind-body connection that happens during Pilates was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. I found that I could think of nothing else and therefore discovered amazing stress relief on my way to toning and healthy weight management goals.”
Whether a tour of the studio, help with online booking or education into the world of essential oils, Lisa is excited to be part of the CIP team and share her combined passions with you.
When not at CIP, Lisa enjoys family time with her husband (Kevin), crazy golden (Ziggy), two cats and two adult children.
