Couture Pilates

Very good class, definitely felt good and refreshed afterwards. The equipment was comfortable and easy to use, and the instruction was very good and clear. I will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful workout with Joanna on the reformer!  I hadn't worked out since June of 2020 and have eaten a loooot of cheese since then :).  Joanna did the exact right amount of pushing me to my limits but not overboard, so I came away feeling invigorated and ready for more.  BEAUTIFUL STUDIO AS WELL.  Very calming

The studio is beautiful and welcoming. The classes I have taken thus far in January have been excellent. The staff is welcoming to new clients and are extremely knowledge. The sessions leave me feeling stronger, more flexible, and more energized!

Very nice and clean space. Joanne is a very good teacher and my wife and i have enjoyed the challenge the 1st 2 weeks we’ve been going.

This is a roomy, inviting studio with great equipment.  I have taken classes with Alissa and Karly, and they are both fantastic instructors.  Alissa was great with cues and instruction on a new piece of equipment that I hadn't used before in past Reformer classes.  I felt like an old pro by the end of class.

Tried something new and loved it.   Karly was a great instructor.  Gave clear directions on using new equipment.   Will do it again.

Great Teachers.  Classes are convenient and the new studio is roomy, clean, and well equipped.

I love studio and look forward to continuing Pilates at this location. Everyone was very helpful and friendly

The new space is very spacious and has great natural light. The equipment is all very clean and newer if not brand new. All of the instructors are wonderful. I am looking forward to group classes.

This was my first time to ever try the reformer pilates. LOVED IT! You are so kind and accommodating for someone new to the practice, and I so much appreciated your patience.
