This place is absolutely AMAZING!  I signed up for my first Pilates class ever and after checking out the website, decided that maybe I need to take a private one-on-one class to get familiarized with the proper movements.  Christina greeted me at the door and made me feel welcomed the moment I stepped in.  We had a half hour together and I felt like I'd known her for years.  The studio is clean and fresh and the space large enough so that you don't feel on top of each other but small enough where you don't feel lost.  We had a good session.  She also sent me some encouragement before my 1st group class which I thought was really sweet and considerate.  Her group class moved at the perfect pace...not too fast and not too slow.  Parts of it were very challenging for me and I really enjoyed that.  She was right beside me encouraging me all the way and helping me modify when things got too hard for me.   I appreciate how strong she is and strive to get to that level myself some day!  I can't wait for next weeks class!  I'm thinking about joining the Saturday morning low cardio/waslking one too!

Low Impact Cardio/Indoor Walking • $12.00

Beneficial for any fitness level, this class will gently increase your heart rate and burn calories without feeling fatigued.  Consists of a 3 mile indoor walk (march) with additional fat burning moves such as knee lifts, small kicks, arm movements and light weights and/or therabands. 

Great fun and easy on the joints with no difficult choreograph. Class is 50 minutes.

Special instructions

Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable light clothing.  Please carry in clean walking shoes to protect studio floor from street shoes.
