I’m so glad the studio has 1 week trial membership, so I tried it a few lessons before purchasing monthly membership! Love the intimate atmosphere and professional instructors! Had so much doing different cardio classes, barre, hiit etc!

Great Barre Class! Pace was slow but exercises were effective which made the perfect combination. Instructor was super helpful and came around class to correct form which is always much appreciated. Trial membership is worth a shot to try out the different types of classes and find your preferences. A great hidden gem in Ithaca!

I had a consult with Chimene to figure out some hamstring and heel pain that I've been having while running. She did a great job of testing various muscles to see which were working properly and, more importantly, which were essentially offline. The problem she identified and the associated exercises she gave me have helped a great deal with the hamstring pain. The remaining question is to see if the heel pain resolves over time now that the hamstring tightness shouldn't be triggering it.

I’m so glad your session was successful, Adam. NKT is pretty amazing work! Oftentimes the “target pain” can be resolved instantly but sometimes it takes a bit more time. The more often you do the correctives, the faster the new neural pathway is created. Keep us posted.

My first class at the studio - OULA - was lots of fun! It was a great dance-workout and a nice change from others like Zumba or CIZE. The instructor was very high energy, the music was great, and it's a beautiful studio space.

Last night I tried the Tai Chi class with Maurice.  It was great!  He's an excellent teacher -- knowledgeable, welcoming, great at explaining, patient and calm, funny.  I felt so relaxed afterwards.  Signing up for more right now... :)

My first class at this studio and everything I thought it'd be. Loved it! Great space and everything provided. Usually do Yoga and after a tough workout, today's session surprisingly relieved all my muscle pain from other exercises and stretched me out! Definitely going back.

My first class at this studio was Rebounding and it was so much fun! Such a great way to enjoy  working out. Our instructor was so nice and energetic, and always gave us different options to adjust the exercises to work best for us individually.  I recommend this to anyone- all levels of fitness would be able and it's fun! Excited to try more classes here.

I just attended my first class (Rebounding with Emily) and loved it! Cardio isn't my favorite, but this class made it fun to sweat and get my heart rate going. Emily was really energetic and made sure everyone was following and explained how to modify each move. I also loved that we got to do some core work in between reps.

Thank you for your review, Caroloyn. I COMPLETELY agree. I DO NOT love to run but the Rebounding class goes by so fast and is so fun. BONUS: Rebounding is 60% more oxygen efficient than running. :-)

I had a fantastic time at today's Pound class. Emily was incredible, she made me feel very at ease while teaching me the moves and watching for my posture. And the workout is so fun and a perfect amount fo cardio. You sent and feel you worked your muscles, but without falling apart. I recommend this workout to everyone. The studio was very spacious, clean and had great energy. Can't wait to go back to Pound class and try the other classes the studio offers.
