I’m so glad the studio has 1 week trial membership, so I tried it a few lessons before purchasing monthly membership! Love the intimate atmosphere and professional instructors! Had so much doing different cardio classes, barre, hiit etc!

Lita has been practicing yoga for several years. Through this practice, Lita was inspired to learn more about our amazing anatomy and self care/movement practices to support living well (and pain free) in our bodies with grace and strength This lead her to become certified in Yoga E-RYT200, Yoga Tune Up®, The Roll Model Method®, Pilates Mat, and Barre. In addition, she has studied Yamuna Body Rolling, Ki Hara Resistance Stretching and Postural Fitness.
