I had never tried pilates before, so was a bit nervous about going to this class. I signed up for the Intro Special Single Reformer Class with goal of strengthening my back muscles and stretching my hips. I also have been going to a chiropractor for some joint issues, so thought the pilates class could help me to be stronger and have less pain. Tannis was my instructor today, and she was excellent and very patient and personable with me since I'd never done pilates previously. Thank-you Tannis!!! Pilates has been Ashley's passion for over 16 years. Her love was instant from the moment she did her first hundreds and she knew that this was something special. It soon transitioned into a career and she was fortunate enough to share this with her clients and help them reach their goals no matter the size. Through her training with Balanced Body, Power Pilates, and Pilates Sports Center she's able to design programs for all levels and ages. As a mom of three, Ashley knows how valuable time is and her goal is to provide classes that allow her clients to feel invigorated, taller, and proud, striving for progress over perfection.Ashley substitute teaches at our Joshua Tree studio when her schedule permits.
