Julie (E-RYT200/E-RYT500) is a certified yoga instructor who has been practicing and teaching yoga fortwo decades. She has taught yoga at LA Fitness, Christenson Chiropractic,University of the West and Hsi Lai Temple, where she still teaches. She teaches yoga with an emphasis on proper body alignment and pranayama (breathing techniques) to help clients improve overall health and sense of well-being. Her classes are appropriate for beginners, seniors, and those of all experience levels.
