Eddie’s background stems from Aerial Suspension Fitness, Yoga and Martial Arts. She trained under BASI comprehensive Pilates training program in 2017 and has completed 500+ hours of Pilates practical training.
Her philosophy is that movement results in one being able to do everything better no matter what their goals are. She considers it a great opportunity to share with those who seek to learn more about their bodies while developing themselves to become more fit and better for it. When away from the movement arts, she is an outdoor enthusiast and an adventure and joy seeker when out traveling.
