This is a nourishing mixed ability class suitable for all levels, the class builds and unfolds enabling you to gradually develop strength and a sense of mindfulness, exploring a range of flowing and static hatha postures, followed by a deep nourishing yoga nidra! which helps relieve stress level, builds focus and promotes healthy sleep patterns
