Blue Pilates is a wonderful way to tone and also reboot. Natalie is the most welcoming, kind and knowledgeable instructor. I had my first ever Pilates class with her and she explains and coaches you through everything with grace and warmth. Cant wait to go again!

Holly

Holly Furgason is the founder and CEO of Blue Sparrow Pilates
the STOTT PILATES® Licensed Training Center in San Francisco, CA.
Holly teaches a broad range of people, as well as trains teachers
in the STOTT PILATES®. She teaches everything from general
conditioning to performance training for dancers or athletes, and
has extensive experience working with a diverse range of injuries
including pre/post-natal, post-polio, chronic pain, scoliosis,
herniated discs, shoulder, knee, and hip issues.
Holly recently partnered with Gain Fitness to produce Prenatal
Pilates, a mobile workout app designed for prenatal and postpartum
women. As part of her mission to train the next generation of
Pilates instructors, Holly has recently begun an exciting
partnership with the Dance Department at Mills College to train
dancers to teach Pilates. Additionally, Holly publishes a blog
geared towards Pilates instructors called Fit 4 Real and is a
blogger for Pilates Style Magazine.
The University of Michigan grad earned her MFA in Performance
and Choreography from Mills College, and has since become an
Instructor Trainer in both STOTT PILATES® and CORE™. She’s
passionate about teaching and is living her dream of using the
Pilates method to help her community become healthier, happier and
more fit.
