Beach Pilates is a Fully equipped Pilates studio in the Beach
neighbourhood of Toronto. We offer Private, Semi-Private, and Small
Group Classes. Our fully equipped studio includes: Reformers,
Cadillac, Towers, Chairs, Ladder Barrel, Small barrels, and lots of
props for Mat work.  Owner, Laura Lynn is a 2nd Generation
Master Teacher with Lolita San Miguel as her mentor. SHe is
currently completing her 4th Full Comprehensive certification with
UNO Pilates in the Classical method.  She is fully and
comprehensively trained in STOTT PILATES and BASI Pilates® 
certified as well as Master/Mentor trained with Rael Isacowitz of
BASI Pilates.  As well,  LL is a Level 3 Fascial Stretch
Specialist (Stretch to Win FST®).   All of our
Instructors are Certified with many years of experience and bring
something different to each of their classes. We hope to see you in
