Do NOT Book here! Please book through Momence!
We have transitioned to a new booking platform, Momence! Wellness Living is no longer being used! Please follow the below instructions to login and book with Momence instead! To make this transition as easy as possible for you, we have created your account and transferred all your existing memberships, bookings, and credits to Momence. To access your account, please follow the steps below today! Step 1 - Reset your password Reset Password If the button doesn’t work, please use the following link: momence.com/forgotpassword Step 2 - Download the Momence app Reminder: You must create a password before you're able to log in to the app. Step 3 - Update your payment details Please add your payment details on the mobile app by navigating to Account > Payment Methods > Add new card. Alternatively, call us on +61 420 211 844 to update your payment details over the phone. IMPORTANT!!! Once you have updated your payment info in Momence, please reply to this email to let us know, so we can cancel your payments in Wellness Living to ensure you are not charged twice. Step 4 - Check your Classes & Enrolments are correct! Have a look at your class schedule in Momence Are there any classes that should or shouldn't be there? If you see something incorrect, please reply to this email so we can fix it for you ASAP. Step 5 - IMPORTANT!!! Email Us when you have done the steps above! Once you have updated your payment info and checked your enrolments are correct, please reply to this email! Let us know about any classes that need updating. Tell us if you have updated your payment info. This must be done, so we can make sure your payments are processed correctly and you aren't also charged by Wellness Living.
