A small group class designed exclusively for men.  The Men’s Club meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursday’s at 12:15. Don’t be left out!  Members of the Men’s Club receive a monthly InBody Assessment to track their progress and they are also able to attend all other B Fitness classes.  Classes may be booked up to one month in advance (limit of 1 class per day).  Club Members can manage their schedule using our easy-to-use B Fitness app.  A great gift for the man who has everything!
