Come try out Vitality's Yoga classes!
Relieve chronic pain and anxiety, and become stronger and more flexible in your body and mind. It's recommended to come at least twice a week.
If you're new to yoga try out the Basics classes:
Mondays and Fridays: 12pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4:30pm
Wednesdays: 9:30am and 6pm
You can also attend any of the classes and participate as much as you can, taking breaks when needed. There isn't any pressure to keep up.
Make sure to pre-register for at least five classes within the next 2 weeks to get the most out of this great deal and experience how a regular rhythm of yoga twice a week will create freedom in your body and mind.
