Your donation grants you entry to our special Flow For A Cause class: 105F x Mt. Joy x The Salt Shed! Join us on Sunday, September 7th at 9am at The Salt Shed's Three Top Lounge (1357 N. Elston Avenue) for a 1-hour vinyasa yoga class led by 105F's Kelsey Jacobson set to a Mt. Joy inspired playlist. Yoga mats will not be provided -- please bring your own.

You will also be entered to win one of two pairs of tickets to see Mt. Joy LIVE at the United Center on Saturday, September 13th and a 105F fun pack (105F t-shirt, hat, and two weeks of unlimited classes).  These items will be raffled off and awarded at the event.
