Join Ari Guerra, All American Gymnast, SEC Gymnastics Champion, & current Gymnastics coach at Texas Dreams Gymnastics Center, for her 4 week Journey to Handstand Series. Ari will intricately walk you through the details on how to achieve a handstand as well as deconstructing the skills necessary to help you progress into full inversions to include holding & controlling a handstand. Class includes core building exercises, upper body and back strengthening work, along with focus on balance & alignment. Gain the confidence, knowledge, & skills to turn your practice upside down. Ari will be working with you in a group, individually, as well as giving you a personalized homework plan to assist you in your progression.
