5 Pilates Reformer, Yoga & Mat Pilates Class Card

- Can be used to attend Pilates Reformer, Yoga & Mat Pilates classes.
- Expires 1 year from  date of purchase
- Class passes can be placed on hold for $25 fee per month.
- A $1.95 surcharge will be applied to this transaction
- A 3.95% processing fee will be added to each transaction to cover credit card and software company transaction charges.

*** PILATES GRIP SOCKS MUST BE WORN WHEN ATTENDING PILATES REFORMER CLASSES
- Pilates grip socks can be purchased through a local store, or Amazon.  We sell them at the studio for $15 plus tax.

*** We do not offer prenatal yoga classes and our regular classes do not offer modification for pregnant ladies

Cancellation Policy:

Pilates Reformer classes: Clients are required to cancel their class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid loss of class. Please note, we have a strict cancellation policy and that NO EXCEPTION will be made even if there in cases of weather, injury, illness or emergencies, and phone cancellations are not accepted. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for our entire community.  If you do not agree then please do not make a purchase.  Thank you for your understanding.

Yoga, Mat Pilates classes: Clients are required to cancel their class at least 61 minutes before the scheduled start time to avoid loss of class.
