*Client Membership Agreement*

*Terms and Conditions:*

1. *Membership Renewal and Cancellation:*

   - This is a monthly automatic renewal membership that can be canceled at any time.

   - To cancel, the client must send an email to info@yogabodies.ca or cancel through their Yoga Bodies account at least 3 days before the next billing period.

   - Failure to cancel within the specified terms will result in the client's credit card being charged on a monthly basis.

2. *Class Limitations:*

   - The client has access up to 10 classes of yoga and mat pilates throughout the current payment period.

   - The calendar week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday, with no rollover of unused classes.

3. *Fees and Charges:*

   - The client's credit card will be charged $125 plus tax every month.

   - The membership can be placed on hold for a fee of $25, for a maximum of 1 month.

      - A 3.95% processing fee will be added to each transaction to cover credit card and software company transaction charges.

4. *Schedule and Class Availability:*

   - Yoga Bodies reserves the right to change the schedule on a monthly basis and may remove classes from the schedule at any time without prior notification.

   - A minimum of 24 classes will be offered per week.

5. *Refunds and Exchanges:*

   - No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

6. *Prenatal Yoga:*

   - We do not provide prenatal yoga classes, and our regular classes do not include modifications for pregnant women.

*Late Cancel or No Show Policy:*

1. *Check-In Requirement:*

   - Clients must check in at the front desk to attend class. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a no-show and incurring a no-show fee.

2.  Cancellation Policy:

Pilates Reformer classes: Clients are required to cancel their class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid loss of class. Please note, we have a strict cancellation policy and that NO EXCEPTION will be made even if there in cases of weather, injury, illness or emergencies, and phone cancellations are not accepted. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for our entire community.  If you do not agree then please do not make a purchase.  Thank you for your understanding.

Yoga, Mat Pilates classes: Clients are required to cancel their class at least 1 hour and 1 minute before the scheduled start time to avoid loss of class. Please note, we have a strict cancellation policy and that NO EXCEPTION will be made even if there in cases of weather, injury, illness or emergencies, and phone cancellations are not accepted.
