*Client Membership Agreement*

*Terms and Conditions:*

1. *Membership Renewal and Cancellation:*

   - This 2 week intro membership automatically convert into our Infinite Yoga monthly automatic renewal membership.  It that can be canceled at any time as long as we receive cancellation notice 3 days by email (info@yogabodies.ca)

   - To cancel, the client must send an email to info@yogabodies.ca or cancel through their Yoga Bodies account at least 3 days before the next billing period.

   - Failure to cancel within the specified terms will result in the client's credit card being charged on a monthly basis.

2. *Class Limitations:*

   - The client has unlimited access to yoga classes throughout the current payment period.

3. *Fees and Charges:*

      - The membership can be placed on hold for a fee of $25, for a maximum of 1 month.

      - A 3.95% processing fee will be added to each transaction to cover credit card and software company transaction charges.

4. *Schedule and Class Availability:*

   - Yoga Bodies reserves the right to change the schedule on a monthly basis and may remove classes from the schedule at any time without prior notification.

   - A minimum of 24 classes will be offered per week.

5. *Refunds and Exchanges:*

   - No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

6. *Prenatal Yoga:*

   - We do not provide prenatal yoga classes, and our regular classes do not include modifications for pregnant women.

*Late Cancel or No Show Policy:*

1. *Check-In Requirement:*

   - Clients must check in at the front desk to attend class. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a no-show and incurring a no-show fee.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Yoga classes: Clients are required to cancel their class at least 61 minute before the scheduled start time to avoid $15 plus tax late cancel/no show fee. Please note, we have a strict cancellation policy and that NO EXCEPTION will be made even if there in case of injury, illness or emergencies, and phone cancellations are not accepted. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for our entire community.  If you do not agree then please do not make a purchase.  Thank you for your understanding.

By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges and accepts all conditions outlined in this membership agreement.
