Hello Bootcamp participant,

We are so excited for you; this is such a positive program! We have helped so many ladies since launching our popular program in 2015, and we want to help you too!  This is your opportunity to feel better, improve health and gain a new YOU!  Our successful 25 Day Fitness Program has helped hundreds of ladies lose unwanted inches and pounds, all while improving their health, fitness and gaining new confidence.  Our program requires participants to participate in a minimum of 4 Barre classes a week, (choose your class times to fit your needs), follow a nutritious meal plan, and support your fellow teammate to ensure great results!

Bootcampers' will be assigned with a buddy for accountability, also a weekly team meetup with your coach Michele is encouraged to ensure maximum results.  It is imperative to follow a nutrition program which focuses on high quality ingredients, whole foods, all while being mindful of decreasing sugars, flour, sodium and alcohol.  Nutrition tips and a meal plan is provided; however, it is not required to use our plan.  Participants can choose what is best for their body for the 25 Day program. Elite Barre encourages a low carbohydrate plan, and also suggests the Isagenix weight loss system for a high-quality protein shake, to supplement as a meal replacement, (2 shakes a day and one whole food, balanced meal). The Isagenix superfood meal replacement shake has the right number of macronutrients, which helps in gaining beautiful lean muscle, while losing the unwanted lbs.  We emphasize the importance of whatever plan you choose; it needs to be sustainable for longevity, not a quick fix. This program helps prepare you for a lifestyle change to improve your health not just for this bootcamp, but for your future.

*Over the past 6 years, our bootcamp results show participants lose an average of 8 inches and 3-5 pounds, focusing on a low carb diet.  However, when implenting the Isagenix program into our bootcamp, the January and March 2022 Bootcamps, Isagenix participants lost an average of 12 inches and 7 pounds. One participant in particular, lost 27 inches and over 20 pounds!  We have a proven system that works, it all depends on how committed the individual is.
