Pre-Season – Fall is the time for Winter/Spring athletes to hone their basic athletic skills. This is the time when the athlete can focus on building strength, speed, improving agility, and enhancing overall athleticism. It is also the season to work
on what we normally think of as ‘technique,’ correcting abnormal movement patterns that lead to injury. Adding to the athlete's overall well-being, a scientifically based, carefully structured pre-season program also adds to their cognitive functioning.
