Our journey begins at the labyrinth at sunrise, a perfect setting to set intentions for the day.
From there, we'll move to Gather Studio for a nurturing yoga practice and guided reflection, followed by a nourishing lunch at Yes, Please.
The afternoon offers breathwork, stillness, and space for personal discovery before our closing ceremony.
This is not about fixing what's broken—it's about remembering what's true.
