Join April Culpepper, one of our senior teachers, for a creative and grounding evening of Color & Sound!

This is a meditative experience blending creativity and calm. Sound Healing combined with tapping into our creative wellbeing has transformed so many people, offering healing benefits for all aspects of life.

We will open our creative soul with mindful coloring, followed by journaling from the heart, breathwork, and soft movement before sinking into a deeply restorative sound bath.

No artistic experience needed. Come as you are. All coloring supplies provided.

April Culpepper is a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and sound facilitator. She creates calm, supportive spaces for guests to relax, recenter, and explore mindful practices.
