Membership Terms & Conditions
- Attend any 2 classes per week, either in-studio or via Zoom.
- $35 per week, auto-paid fortnightly ($70 per fortnight).
- Unused classes roll over for up to 8 weeks, as long as your membership and payments continue.
- Minimum contract period: 8 weeks. After that, the membership continues on an ongoing basis.
- 2 weeks’ notice required to cancel.
- Early cancellation fee: $70 if canceled before completing the 8-week minimum term.
- After 8 weeks, you can pause your membership by paying a $5/week holding fee. Unused sessions will roll over.
- No holds allowed during the first 8 weeks, unless you provide a doctor’s letter confirming you are unfit for physical exercise.
- You may pause your membership for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 8 weeks every 12 months.
- Credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge.
- To avoid the surcharge, you may pay via direct debit from an Australian bank account (contact the studio for details).
- Dishonour fee: $10 for failed payments.
- Cancel at least 12 hours before a booked studio class to keep your session.
- No refunds for late cancellations.
- No-shows incur a $5 charge.
- Minimum 3 bookings required per class. The studio reserves the right to cancel 4 hours before the start time if there aren’t enough bookings.
- The studio observes Government public holidays.
