Begin with a 50-minute semi-private session (up to 4 participants) where you’ll learn foundational movement patterns and proper equipment setup — with individualized support from your instructor.

Your experience continues with:
• Two Group Reformer Classes
• One 30-minute HEAT Infrared Sauna Session

Grip socks are required — bring your own or purchase a pair in our boutique.

Your New Student Intro is valid for 90 days from the purchase date. The first session must be used within 30 days of purchase. After your first semi-private session, your included group classes must be completed within 14 days.

Unused sessions outside these windows are not refundable or transferable.
