In this intimate class designed for newcomers, up to four participants will explore the essentials of reformer Pilates during a one-hour semi-private session, receiving personalized instruction and support. The experience is enhanced with two additional group classes and a rejuvenating 30-minute HEAT Infrared Sauna session, fostering a welcoming environment for each student's Pilates journey; grip socks are required-which you may purchase from our retail boutique, or bring your own!
