By entering into this agreement, you are granted membership to Brisbane Boxing for the term specified by the specific Membership Pass Type.

The specific terms of the 30-day Promotion Offer are:

You are permitted unlimited access to all  Brisbane Boxing locations and classes for the maximum period of thirty (30) days;

You agree to pay the prescribed membership price to Brisbane Boxing;

This membership shall only be available for purchase when it is advertised by Brisbane Boxing as available;

The membership period of thirty (30) days shall commence on the date of purchase;

You acknowledge and accept that upon completion of the thirty (30) day period you agree to commence a weekly Brisbane Boxing  membership for the sum of $79.99 per fortnight via direct debit unless advised otherwise in written notice. Written notice must be received (7 ) business days prior the conversion date and no verbal agreement will be acknowledged;

You must provide two (2) weeks written notice to cancel this membership;

You acknowledge that cancellations take seven (7) business days to process and any funds processed within this seven (7) business day period will be taken as payment towards your membership and shall be non-refundable;    and

You are entitled to pause your membership for a maximum period of four.
