Salt Therapy Sessions at The Salt Room and Sauna last 45 minutes. You can meditate or even take a nap in our reclining chairs, while relaxing to the calming background music playing in the room. Children can read, color, play, or dig through the salt rocks to find buried treasure in the Children's Room.
