This is a girls-only freestyle practice with 2x Olympian Enas Ahmed.  

Enas Ahmed is an internationally recognized freestyle wrestler and a two-time Olympian, representing Egypt in 2016 and 2021. She achieved an impressive 5th-place finish at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics.

In addition to her Olympic success, Ahmed is a six-time African Championship medalist, claiming gold in 2014 and 2015. She also took home the gold medal at the 2015 All-African Games. On the world stage, Ahmed has represented Egypt at the World Championships in 2010, 2014, and 2015, further solidifying her status as one of the top athletes in the sport.
