- Activates immediately upon purchase
- Expires May 31st at 11:59pm
- Non-refundable and non-transferable
- Our Reformer sessions are limited to 4 clients per class for personalized attention

CONSIDERATIONS:
- Class starts promptly; doors will be locked at class time — please arrive 5–15 minutes early
- Wear comfortable clothing for movement
- Each class begins with a brief safety demo on the equipment

BOOKING & CANCELLING:
- 12-hour cancellation policy: Cancelling within 12 hours of class start time will result in a full session charge
- Classes require at least 2 participants. If fewer than 2 are registered two hours before start time, the class will be cancelled and your pass returned
- The waitlist counts as an active booking: you may be moved from the waitlist up to two hours before class start time
- If added from the waitlist and unable to attend, you must cancel yourself out of the class
- Within two hours of class start time, you will not be automatically added from the waitlist; however, you may manually check the schedule for openings
