This package allows for four (5) sessions in the Bridge Program.

The BRIDGE PROGRAM is a strength and conditioning program for all patients who need a higher-level training with attention to prior injury history. Our highly skilled team of Certified Athletic Trainers and Strength and Conditioning Specialists develop programming specific to the needs of each person to ensure the best possible outcome.

All patients entering the program will have completed an entry checklist, which will document movement patterns, biomechanics, and physical performance. From this information, a customized program is created to address both strengths and weaknesses.
