Fall Sauna & Wellness Day

CHOOSE YOUR SESSION TIME (8 start times available) IF you are buying the ticket BEFORE booking a session, please tap on the special events and book your session time. Otherwise, you'll just have a ticket with no time associated with it.

PLEASE cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the event for a refund. There is a one hour grace period if you are purchasing this ticket less than 48 hours before the event.

Stations (Will total 1.5 hours):
1) DIY take-home salt scrubs with essential oils, led by owner Katie's daughter, Lyla.
2) DIY beaded bracelets, led by owner Katie's daughter, Jazzy.
3) Autumnal reset: tea, water, light seasonal snacks, and an area to sit on yoga mats to stretch or meditate before heading outside.
4) Outdoor mobile sauna (wood burning) and cold plunge. This service is provided by Homestead Saunas. Cold plunge options include sitting in a 160 gallon tub of ice water, standing under a gravity shower, or simply taking a gulp of crisp fall air. Guests will have 45 minutes outside, giving ample time to rotate between heat and cold.
