This 60-minute class is designed to help young athletes (and active kids) build a strong foundation in strength, speed, agility, and overall fitness. Through age-appropriate training that focuses on form, function, and fun, participants will improve coordination, boost confidence, and develop lifelong healthy habits.
Each class includes a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, cardio drills, and functional movement, all tailored to support athletic development and injury prevention.
