Strength + Stretch Reformer
Mondays PM, Wednesdays & Saturdays at 9 AM

Restorative Reformer
Saturdays at 8 AM

What to Bring:
Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes.
Forgot yours? You can purchase a pair at the studio.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

Bookings essential

Cancel/reschedule at least 4 hours in advance

Late cancels: forfeit class + $5 fee

No-shows: forfeit class + $10 fee

All 5 classes must be used within 14 days – no extensions or refunds apply
